Bartosz Staniszewski, b. 1995 - conductor


A graduate of the State Secondary Music School of F. Chopin in Kraków, from the violin class of prof. Anna Rychlik. In 2014-2019 he studied symphony and opera conducting in the class of prof. Rafał Jacek Delekta at the Academy of Music in Kraków. He graduated with honors.


He made his debut as a conductor in June 2014, conducting the premiere of his own symphony at the Kraków Philharmonic Hall during the school concert at the end of the year. Founder and conductor of the Kraków Orchestra "Ardente" established in 2015.


He took part in conducting courses led by eminent conductors, such as Jacek Kaspszyk, Vladimir Kiradjiev, Paweł Przytocki, George Tchitchinadze, Colin Metters, Daniel Oren, Mark Laycock, Marin Alsop, Michalis Economou, David Reiland or Lawrence Foster.


He deepened his conducting experience working, among others, with the Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Kraków, Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, Beethoven Academy Orchestra, Corda Cracovia Orchestra, Polish Camerata Chamber Orchestra, Kraków Opera ensembles, Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, PKF-Prague Philharmonia, Athens Philharmonia Orchestra, Orchestre National de Metz, Lódź Philharmonic Orchestra, Białystok Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra, Opole Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as the Rzeszów Philharmonic Orchestra, where he was the conductor-resident in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons.
